This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family friendly home with lofted ceilings (currently furnished but can be unfurnished), located in the old town neighborhood in the heart of Gulf Shores, which is the up and coming Waterway Village entertainment district where walking, bicycling, and community are the primary focus. Very safe neighborhood for walking and only Two blocks from Meyer Park (weekly free music every spring and fall, basketball courts for kids) and two more to Big Beach Brewery (great locals gathering spot with lots of music and family friendly atmosphere) with plenty of choices for local restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities in the neighborhood. Gulf shores city schools are walking(neighborhood walk route happens daily) and easy biking distance. Rouses and Walmart less than 5 minutes away, and a 7 minute drive to the beach. Boat launch under the 59 bridge is maybe three minutes away. The neighborhood is full of friendly locals who call Gulf Shores their home. I lived in this home until recently and moved down the street to a smaller home, hoping someone with a bigger family will make it their home. We love this neighborhood and are usually nearby in case anything ever goes wrong. A friend of mine lives in the tiny house adjacent to this main house, separated by a vegetative (attempting to be, anyway) fence. You have your own parking area and large front yard as well as a fire pit out back. My friend who lives next door is very friendly and quiet. No smoking inside the house. Pets are on a case by case basis and there is an up charge for having an indoor animal. I already have fiber internet installed and will charge a discounted rate for it. Tenant will pay utilities. The way Gulf Shores utilities and power works is that the bill must remain in the property owner's name. So I'll simply send you a screenshot of the monthly bill, and you can pay me for it then. Tenant is to maintain the lawn via grass cutting and weed eating. 6-12 month lease. First month's rent and security deposit equal to first month's rent due before move in. I'm a fireman in Orange Beach so spend most of my time on the island and am usually around.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
