(All beds were purchased brand new and remained in mattress protectors at all times). Washer/Dryer Stove Two refrigerators Kitchen dishes The home can be rented fully furnished at $1,500/mo. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Landlord will cover alarm system and landscaping. If you wish to rent this home without the furniture, this can be arranged as well. But renting fully furnished is preferred as the upstairs bed frames, desks, chairs, dressers, living room and dining room furniture was all just purchased and installed October 2024. **Please note: one bedroom was converted from a den on the first floor and can be easily used as an at home office The half bath is in the basement with one of the bedrooms. It includes a toilet only with a sink available outside the toilet area. *All leases start at 3 months and convert to month to month lease thereafter *Tenant pays all utilities *Landlord pays for alarm system, trash, sewer and landscaping in the summer. Snow removal not included. *Credit and background checks are performed on all tenants 18+ years. *Three previous pay stubs required and employment verification will be completed. If business owner, 6 months business bank statements can be used. *Strongly recommend income equal 3x the rent, will consider less if credit and employment status are favorable. *Credit score of 600 or above strongly recommended. Below 600 can be negotiated but additional refundable fee up to $500 may be applied. *Pet deposit: $200/pet (non-refundable) Pet rent: $25/month for small dogs and cats (25lbs or less). $30/month for large dogs (greater than 25 lbs). *Absolutely no smoking in the home or immediately outside the home where it can disturb other tenants.
