Our furnished cottage is available for rent from NEXT week. The cottage is furnished in a fenced yard with a garden, street parking in the Missoula Riverfront neighborhood. No cats. Dogs considered. No smoking. An additional $100 per month for utilities: gas, electric, trash, sewer. There is currently internet from the main house but depending on your usage you may have to get your own service. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sleeper couch), queen bed. There is no television and no washer dryer. You are responsible for mowing and shoveling. There is a sprinkler system.
