The Room: This large bedroom (14 x 12 ft) features beautiful 9-foot ceilings and warm wood floors, giving it a very spacious feel. It comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area in the corner, and a spacious 4.5 x 4.5 ft walk-in closet. This room is a corner unit with a short, private hallway, and it doesn't share any walls with other tenants. It offers a lot of privacy and a very peaceful environment. House Layout: There are three bedrooms on the second floor: the master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom, and two private rooms for rent. Your bedroom, the other room for rent, and the shared bathroom are all located on the second floor. All common access areas, including the large family room, open kitchen, and dining room and laundry room are located on the first floor. Shared Spaces & Amenities: You will share a bathroom with one other roommate and have access to all common areas. The large backyard is a great place to relax, with a beautiful koi pond, a gazebo, fruit trees, and a cage with about 50 colorful birds. All utilities are included in the rent.
