The Available Basement Apartment includes the following: - Three (3) Bedrooms - One (1) Bathroom - Your own private livingroom area - Shared huge fenced backyard with your own backyard and outside entrance - Your own private full kitchen including: a dishwasher, over-range microwave, electric oven, and a top freezer fridge - Your own private full-size washer and dryer - Included driveway parking for up to two cars or a reserved carport space for extra $35/mo as well as plenty of on-street parking available. - Fixed Term Agreement of at least 1 year up to 15 months - All pets are welcome with prior meetup and approval ($300 deposit and $35/mo pet rent) - Utilities included with rent: Water and trash. - Utilities not included in rent: Electric and gas bill is split between your upstairs neighbors and you. The Internet is your choice - Up to three (3) occupants or less only. Minimum qualifications: Applicant(s) MUST be 18yrs or older (up to 3 people max) Applicant(s) Must possess an open Checking Account Applicant(s) Must have valid, non-expired state-issued photo ID Applicant(s) Must have a Social Security Number (non-US citizens are the only exception) Applicant(s) Must have a minimum credit score of 580 from all three credit reporting agencies (non-US citizens are the only exception) Applicant(s) Must have verifiable income and make at least 2x rent monthly or joint income if partnered.
