I have a basement room available for rent. $900 a month which includes utilities. The basement unit includes a living room and a bathroom which would be shared with another tenant (50m). The laundry room and kitchen are shared with the other tenant and me (39m). I do have a 5 month old dog that is extremely friendly. The house is located close to downtown and the airport. We have a large garage I am using for storage so there is a lot of extra storage space.
