It is located in a fantastic neighborhood, family-oriented, with Juniper Valley park close by. Easy access to express buses to Manhattan and buses to Woodhaven blvd/63rd Drive. Rego Park mall and Costco and the shops are 5 minute bus ride away. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby including London Lennies. The unit will be available for tours starting now and apartment will be available August 1, 2026 for move in. Additional Occupants: This is a two bedroom apartment that I am listing for one person occupancy. Each additional occupants will be charged a $250 per person to the rent. Single occupancy is $2750, for two is $3,000, three occupants $3,250 Unit has separate gas and electicity meters. Renters pay for their own utilities.
