The unit is renovated as a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with a total living space is 1040 sq feet. It is located in an awesome neighborhood, very family-oriented, with Juniper Valley park close by. Easy access to express buses to Manhattan and buses to Woodhaven blvd/63rd Drive. Costco and the shops are 5 minute bus ride away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby including London Lennies. Unit has upgraded stainless steel appliances, an upgraded gas oven and a breakfast eat-in area at the end of the kitchen. Front and back are two bedrooms and can be used as a one-bedroom with a large office for those who work from home. Bathroom fixtures are upgrades. Upgrade lighting throughout apartment The unit will be available for July 1st move-in. I can also work with you if you need to move in a few days earlier. I do require 1 month of security deposit $2550 and the last month of rent $2550. I will have a formal lease drafted and available for us to review together.
