Best price in the area. Could use some updates, flooring, countertops, bathrooms etc. but is very livable as is. The $25k under market could go a long way towards the updates. My Nextdoor neighbor’s house just sold for around $245k. I could do the updates but I might pick the wrong colors and of course the price would go up to cover the costs and you may be financing the flooring and countertops for 30 years. Great neighborhood with one way in and out. HOA provides security patrol and recreational amenities, two pools, tennis courts, soccer field, meeting facilities. Hurry, if I don’t sell it soon I’ll rent it.
