There is no door between the living room and bedroom, but they are separated by the kitchen. The AC is a mini-split installed in 2021 and has various comfort features. The spacious living room is nice to work from home and has a Murphy bed for you or your guests. Enjoy the shared "urban oasis" front yard and backyard with a firepit. Shared laundry in the backyard shack. (The backyard fence and Arizona room are currently being replaced and improved.) Location: We are located near the cross-cut canal - a nice bike ride to Downtown Scottsdale, Downtown Tempe, and the ASU Tempe Campus along the canal. Super close to Papago Park and Desert Botanical Garden. 15-20 minutes drive to Downtown Phoenix. Owner pays for water, electricity, and the Internet (Century Link Fiber with wifi 6). One-month deposit. No smoking allowed. Cats permitted.
