The house is not far from Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, UPS, Dunkin Donuts, 4th Street, 7 blocks from downtown, movies, restaurants, Beach Drive, the famously redone Vinoy Hotel, retail stores and offices, near the beach and new pier. The house is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure fairness, we are unable to hold the unit for any specific start date.
