Take pride in your share of bathroom cleaning and minor sweeper chores and alternating mowing, both are 1 time every 3 weeks. Or u can pay a professional to do your share of mowing and cleaning. We are a 5 minute walk to the trolly and 1 minute to the bus stop. We r a few minute drive to Pittsburgh's overlook and all the Shilo Street shops, restaurants. No parking challenges here, Free street front parking. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Theres a 2nd bathroom in basement. washer works if u babysit it water censor fail caused a partial flooded basement mess. The dryer just quit. The laundry mat is right up our street. We enjoy a variety of outdoor wildlife, our furry friends feel safe, welcome & fed here. No personal pets allowed, sorry.
