Your own balcony. 1 assigned parking spot next to the building and your pick if any spots in the unassigned parking. There is also a club house that you can reserve for free through us for party's and get-togethers. Huge park around the corner, church right behind the building. Close to all the major stores. It really is a wonderful location with amazing neighbors! No more than 2 dogs, no cats. 1 year lease minimum, we are open to extending the lease longer if need be and if things go well I can send pictures of the second room if requested, my son was asleep at the time I took these Renter pays for internet/cable, electric. Owner pays everything else. No smoking except in designated areas. Only 2 dogs approved on case to case basis
