My ex-boyfriend and I are seeking a couple or just one person to take over our lease in this awesome one bedroom apartment at Prana Apartments in Lafayette. Had we not broken up, we would've stayed here as long as possible.The deal is: Prana apartments don't do subleasing, but they do a sort of roommate swap - so pretty much we get taken off the lease and you get put on. You still need to go through their credit check and business. I was okay-ed right out of one year in my previous apartment.This apartment is 780 sq. ft. and it was perfect for the two of us. You pretty much get all the amenities you could ask for. Central AC, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, full beautiful kitchen, balcony with storage closet, detached garage and parking around the apartments, pool, grilling area, and fitness center - which is pretty nice. The complex was built in 2010 so everything is nice and modern!Pets are allowed, with additional pet deposit (no aggressive dog breeds).I am a CU student and didn't have a parking pass which was no problem because the 225 stop is right outside the apartment complex and takes you all the way to campus!The only thing you would have to pay up front would be the application fee (probably $50) and pay back our deposit which was $250!Let me know if you have any questions at all and/or to set up a time to look at it, you can email, text or callMove in date is flexible!(RLNE1004506)
