Landlord is selling the land underneath the house. It must be moved. We might consider disassembly if the correct insurances are obtained, and contracts signed. A professional home mover needs to be contracted prior to closing. I already got a ballpark quote to move it, the house mover would charge 40-60K to move it 10 miles plus a general contractor is needed for other prep work.
