This home is on a cul-de-sac that branches off a cul-de-sac. We have nearly zero casual traffic. Neighborhood Description Very good neighborhood, active HOA with minimal rules and restrictions. Our primary purpose is the maintenance of the common landscape areas. We don't have junk cars parked, or boarded-up houses. We haven't had any loud disturbances, wild parties or police-involved problems areas within the development. We are a mix of retired, active working and young families.
