(NOTE: A landscaping company contracted by the Juniper Village HOA is responsible for limited landscaping services in the front yard only. Activities performed by the HOA-contracted services include mowing the front lawn, clearing the driveway of any leaf debris, and adjusting the irrigation controlled as needed. Renter is responsible for other yard upkeep.) -Renter shall comply with all Juniper Village HOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Juniper Village Community Rules and Guidelines in addition to all statutes, ordinances, and requirements of all municipal, state, and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the use of the premises. -No pets are allowed except with the express written permission of the Owner.
