Yes if you don't have too much stuff. The bedroom can accommodate a queen or full size bed and still have room for a large flat screen television! I'm interested in the apartment and am out of town. Can I schedule a showing next week? It is best to check to see if the apartment is still available and if it is, only call on the day you arrive or the night before. Yes, the kitchen is the best feature of the apartment and looks better than the picture. With this layout, tenants have gotten a narrow rectangular high table with taller chairs (from IKEA). Fits and looks great. This kitchen will not fit a large dining room table. I just moved here. Where and what part of San Francisco is the Tenderloin in? Is it safe? The Tenderloin is a larger area of the city that borders the downtown area. It is not Pacific Heights but being this property is on O'farrell and not south of O'Farrell (a much less desirable part of the Tenderloin and the area frowned upon by renters), it is still considered a great rental location for those that like the diversity of the neighborhood (restaurants, bars and clubs). The tenants (professionals like you) in our building, who had concerns when moving here, have been happy and safe.
