We lived in the house for five years, starting our family, and have a lot of positive memories. Our outgoing tenants lived there for a couple years as well and we've had an exceptional relationship with them. We are looking to rent to quiet, non smoking, reliable, and responsible people who will care for the house like we have for the past thirteen years. We are very good landlords that take care of our tenants and the house, with typical response times of less than 1 hour, 365 days per year.
