Owner pays utilities as long as they fall within their normal ranges. Water, sewer, gas, wifi, and electric included. We will engage and show you if any overages occur during your stay. Month to Month, 30 days noticed to exit on either party- owner or renter. Once verbally agreement is made if the renter backout they well be required to payment one month's rent and forfeit Security Deposit.
