The space Your single-family home in the Norton Shore neighborhood of Muskegon is just one mile from the famous Hoffmaster Beach and conveniently located 6 miles from Downtown Muskegon and 10 miles from Grand Haven, it offers easy access to some fantastic spots. With a super modern feel, this three-bedroom, two-bath home has a pull-out sofa in a semi-quiet neighborhood. Although Henry Street can be busy during commute times, it's worth noting the minor street noise. First Floor: Open concept living room with ample seating for the whole family, including a pull-out sofa. Big, beautiful windows and sliding glass doors provide a stunning view of the patio and fire pit. Features a smart TV, gas fireplace, large kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with a brand-new king mattress. Full bathroom with a walk in shower and laundry. Guest access The Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor features- patio furniture (seasonally), grill, and firepit. Garage is not accessible at this time. but open to this for an additional fee. There is a ring doorbell camera onsite for your safety and assistance if you cannot access the house for any reason. Owner pays utilities as long as they fall within their normal ranges. Water, sewer, gas, wifi, and electric included. We will engage and show you if any overages occur during your stay. Month to Month, 30 days noticed to exit on either party- owner or renter. Once verbally agreement is made if the renter backout they well be required to payment one month's rent and forfeit Security Deposit.
