It is a dual master ( Coronado unit ) on their website . The room is 12 by 13 and you will have your own connected bathroom :) with a big closet . Roommate would receive gate key and fob upon move in. Rent for the room is $1,070 ( half of the total rent ) $2145. Newly renovated club house , gym (24 hours) and all new pools and cabana areas with hiking trail around the property ! Utilities will be about $50-60 per person a month Room is available now but I am fine with a move in anytime between now and preferably by July !! I have furnished the whole place but you are welcome to bring more furniture . The room will come unfurnished . Roommate preferences !:))) Female only please ( I'm 29 so hopefully someone close to my age :))) Must love animals I have a small pug and cat that get along and I don't mind small pets as long as they're clean :) Must clean up after yourself , I like to keep a pretty clean place , just want to keep things nice .
