This is a one-bedroom one bath unit with central air and electric heat. In the bedroom you'll find a full and twin size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa, futon sofa and a recliner with a LED TV. There's another twin bed in the 3-season sun room. There are three total beds plus the sofa sleeper and this unit can sleep 4. The kitchen includes microwave toaster oven a coffee maker filters coffee pots and pans dishes glassware and silverware for your use. We just ask that you cleanup after yourselves.
