A lil about me, 36, working professional, responsible, clean and have my shit together. I like to cook, hike, garden, I am a smoker but only outside, cyclist, and 420 advocate(215 approved). Very laid back, easygoing, not a fan of restrictive roommate situations, makes no sense to me to have two jars of mustard in the fridge, ?? You: sane, able to pay rent ontime, clean (not looking for OCD cleaning standards but pick up after yourself and your guests), social, and did I mention SANE, that's a big one.
