Have respect for you own space and others. Clean up after yourself and follow the code. Refrigerator will be split among 2* people. Pets are allowed, but require an additional $50 each per month to keep. Roku TV located in living room will be available to all tenants. You will be required to sign a dwelling contract stating you will follow all rules & regulations set within your contract period (quite simple). Any infringement upon said contract will result in immediate expulsion and/or possible fines. HOA requires parking pass, homeowner will pay for and keep 1* vehicle updated, provided the information it requires. * As long as 2 individuals are living at this dwelling, the fridge space will be split. Under no circumstances should food/items be stored in your non-designated area without written confirmation of the other party, doing so will make your dismissal immediate. All Issues should be sent to the owner for review. * Your personal vehicle parking pass will be administered, failure to apply the sticker will result in heavy fines up to $500 or towing from the HOA.
