HOUSE RULES As hosts, our mission is to help our guests have a comfortable, budget-friendly, place to stay while enjoying everything that Kansas City metro has to offer. PRIVATE ROOM: You will enjoy a private room with quality Wi-Fi in a traditional/modern home. Your room has its own TV that offers Netflix, YouTube tv, Amazon, Hulu, and more. NOISE LEVEL: Keep noise to a minimum at all times in respect to other guests especially between 9 pm-7 am. SHARED SPACE: This room is a short-term rental in a four-bedroom home. Space is limited so keep all personal items in your room. There is no storage available. The room should be properly cleaned as you stay, especially if staying long term. There are other guests at this location. Please be mindful, respectful of others, and clean up after yourself. Common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, front and side porches are for all guests and need to be shared and respected at all times. RESTRICTED AREAS: A Non-Guest Areas; The basement, attic, garage, backyard if used for storage and other guest rooms. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS: There should be no loud music, parties, or visitors at no time without expressed consent from the hosts. As this is a shared home, we have a zero-tolerance policy for these activities and/or gatherings. To ensure this is the most comfortable stay for all and least intrusive, while we do not anticipate the need, following a warning, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required it would be at the guest's expense. SMOKING: This property is nonsmoking on the inside of home. For the respect of other guests, please smoke outside, if other guests complain, we will without remedy access a $100 cleaning fee. FREE PARKING: Guests can park on the street in front of the house only. Driveways are reserved. Please do not block or park in the driveway. APPLIANCES: Please use the microwave and refrigerator located in your private room or kitchen areas with the label with a letter of your room. TOWELS/ROKU: Please keep up with the Roku remote in your room and the hand and body towels that were inside your room. If the Roku remote is missing a $100 fee will be charged. A $10 dollar fee will be added for each missing towel. There are laundry baskets in the room where all dirty towels can be placed. BATHROOM: Please use only toilet paper in the toilets. Any other products/items should be thrown into the trash. The bathroom is shared so please keep personal items in your room. And be sure to clean up after yourself when using the bathroom. CHECK OUT: Please make sure you have all of your items. Take some time to clean up after yourself and place the key back into the lockbox. Lastly, clean as you go and leave the home in the condition in which you found it. Please wash your own dishes after use and put them in the dish strainer. Leave the clean dishes in the dish strainer. Discard any perishable items; extra trash bags are in the kitchen drawer or cabinets. A garbage can is located on the left side of the house. Please discard trash in a large trash can outside. LATE DEPARTURE: We request that all guests depart at 12pm to accommodate new guests. If the guest requests a late 1 pm checkout, a $25 dollar late-checkout fee will be charged. Thanks for booking with us!
