The $31,000 was for the property next to us. Just our house and the small lot that it sits on was estimated at $105,000, not including the property next door that we purchased. If i was to sale i would list at $150,000. Lot is now right at 1/2 an acre. Home has been totally redone inside and the out. It is anchored down and considered a modular home now. We purchased the property next to us to expand our property so our son and dogs would have more room to run and play.
