Recently added an updated Furnace, TOASTY! and 13 SEAR A/C Brrrr. It still has the evap cooler installed and can still be used. Updated paint, carpets and waterproof vinyl flooring throughout the entire house. Roof has another 5 years on it before needing to be replaced. There is a Shed in the back yard that was there when we bought it. Neighbors are nice and Right down the street from the elementary school. Plenty of families around the area.
