    What's special

    Four bedroom, three bath camel back that was initially built as a 1200 square foot craftsman in 1942. A camel back was added in 1962. Extensively renovated from 1991 onward with an extensive renovation in 2002 that added a third bathroom that included walk in closet and separate shower and jacuzzi tub. After being flooded by Katrina the home was completely rebuilt in 2006. The backyard is a trax covered deck and a separate two car garage with workbench and attic. Solar panels were added in 2014 which has reduced our electric bill by about 30%. The panels can not be easily seen from the street due to location and roof pitch. There is a laundry room and storage room on the second floor of the camel back . One full bath on the first floor has a walk in shower but is also equipped with European sized stacked washer and dryer inside a large closet area. This can be converted to a full tub or additional storage. The siding is Hardie board lap planked siding that was installed in 2006 as part of the post Katrina renovation. A 22Kw natural gas Honeywell generator Max. Cont. Power (LP) was installed on 26 March 21
