I am looking to share my 3 bdrm house with 1 other person. I keep one of the bedrooms open so it would only be the 2 of us in the house. It's in a great neighborhood in Liberty Wells/Sugarhouse around 17th and 7th. The house has recently been all remodeled inside and is super nice and modern. Your bedroom is in the basement and is furnished, with your own full bathroom. You basically have the basement to yourself, as my bedroom is on the main level. The basement is bright and all new as well. There is a really nice space on the porch to hang out in the summer. Must love animals as i have have a small 10 month old terrier who is super social, and 1 very friendly cat. If i'm not home, the animals will want to be hanging out with you. You must be willing to care for my cat if i go away. Please don't contact me if not willing to do this. You also must love cats and dogs. My dog is young and needs extra attention if i'm at work. Also must be super clean and responsible. I am a nurse who works 3 night shifts a week so you must be quiet on the days I need to sleep. Due to my schedule, you would have the house to yourself a fair number of evenings. I am very athletic and like to be outside doing stuff on my days off. I love to garden in summer and have a good size veggie garden. You must also be willing to help water my garden in the summer, if i go on vacation. I am gone half of July and Aug. I have really nice flower and vegetable gardens and you are welcome to eat anything that grows. Prefer a 6 month lease. Staying longer than 6 months isn't possible. Rent is $850 a month including utilities and internet. Bike parking available in garage. Rent price reflects the help i need with pets and taking care of things when I'm away. A couple things that will not work for me as a roomate. Someone who works from home full time. Also I only want 1 roomate, not 2. Perfect for travel nurses or traveling professionals.
