Our home has been continually updated for the past eight years. The first phase of the remodel included totally remodeling the kitchen/living area. All walls were removed, the ceilings were vaulted and the screened porch was enclosed to create a dining room/sunroom. A large island with a marble countertop and custom cabinets with natural quartz countertops were added to the kitchen. The open area is great for entertaining and large families. An adjoining lot of land was purchased prior to the second phase of remodeling.This phase included redesigning/remodeling the basement and adding a new concrete driveway. The third phase of remodeling improved the outside of the house with a new pool liner, painted deck, irrigation system and professional landscaping. The last phase was two fold. The master bedroom and bathroom were remodeled and new carpet was installed. Lastly a new garage door and new roof were installed this year.
