The property comes with a drinkable well and riparian right for irrigation. Walk-in riverfront beach is great for guest entertaining. No smoking allowed. Outdoor, contained farming animals ok. Well, water for human consumption. Rent is due at signing. Renters are responsible for the water truck refill ($250 per fill) if the 5000-gallon water tank runs out. 5.15 Acer land shared with the main house renters and property owners' office shed.
