This cute little two bedroom has been repainted, had brand new flooring installed and appliances. We also replaced the blinds throughout the whole house. There is a washer and dryer hook up and little utility room in the back before you go out the back door. There's also a nice porch with a overhang into concrete driveway. The backyard is fenced in and has a very old but useful shed that at one point in time was a doghouse the bottom part of the door is cut out so if you have a dog, the dog has a dog house. The renters is responsible for all utilities and maintenance of the yard. We do accept small dogs. It is a small house as long as the dog is not aggressive and is up-to-date on its shots. There is also a nonrefundable $500 pet fee. There is no smoking in the home. Rent must be paid on the third of every month or you will encourage 10% late fee. We have a credit score requirement of 650. If you do not meet that we require a double deposit you must submit 90 days of variable income through the Zillow app, and you must put in an application to view any of our properties.
