A cozy room with a very spacious closet in a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment. The room itself measures 9ft x ~10ft and can comfortably fit a queen size bed. The apartment itself is tastefully renovated in an older building and features a gas fireplace, central heat and AC, an in-unit washer/dryer, dish-washer, and garbage disposal. It is also largely furnished with my stuff but I am certainly willing to discuss making space for/swapping out for furniture you may be bringing with you. There is also a storage space in the basement of the building. Please note the figure I put for the apartment's square footage is an estimate as I am unsure of the actual figure. That said, I can assure you it's pretty spacious with high ceilings. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space and the room is open to folks of all gender identities. No smoking. The lease will be worked out with the landlord but will be for 12 months.
