Central air ac and electric heat also has a chimney if you wanna put a wood/ coal stove in the basement for heat. Renters pay for electric, and for any damage they caused to the property, property come with fridge/freezer and oven does not come with washer and dryer. Owner pays for anything that breaks down from normal wear. Sand mound and well water are onsite
