This is located near all conveniences including grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, Sonny's Place, playground, library, etc. The Somers school system is amazing. There is carpet throughout the apartment. This apartment has off street parking. There is also washer and dryer hook ups in the basement. You pay for utilities while the landlord pays for snow removal, trash removal, lawn care, sewer usage fees. To move in, you would need one month security deposit and one month rent for the first month. ($3300 if there are no pets. There are no additional fees unless you have a pet. Small pets are OK. Our pet policy is that you may have a maximum of two pets which include cats and dogs. There is a $250 upfront fee for each pet and an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet if the pet is approved.
