There is shared storage space in the basement and an off-street parking space is provided, though tenants usually park on the street. One small cat is okay, but nothing more or bigger than that. The building is a complex in a nice, quiet neighborhood and has the sweetest, most accommodating landlady. The property is a short walk from the Quiny Center T and a 5-minute drive to the highway.
