Really cute place at Plum Point! A simply amazing location. You are 100 yards from the private gated beach which you can be a member of! There is an outstanding waterview of Narragansett Bay. Also, a really cool beach to hike on to the north towards Rome Point, you must see this place. Also, set at the an amazing cul-de-sac, with no traffic, for kids to ride bikes on! Yes the Rt 138 highway is 60 feet to the south, 10 feet up a concrete wall. You will be suprised, it's not that loud tho. The house is set back, by itself, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house upstairs is 2/3 beds (the family room with waterview could be a bedroom). Most of it has new vinyl laminate floors. There is a laundry upstairs, with room for a stackable washer dryer (not included). The kitchen is decent. Nice black stove, fridge, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are smaller. The bathroom is nice, metal tub. There are two amazing stone fireplaces. There is a walkout basement for lots of storage. Cheap oil heat. It's an enchanting spot, this won't last, two minute walk to a beautiful beach. Take a look!
