To walk from the building to the Quincy Center T station it would take somewhere around 20 minutes (also, bus line route #215 stop one block away of the building on Copeland). The apartment is on the 2nd floor on the north side of an apartment building (walk up 1/2 flight of stairs). There is new carpeting in the bedroom (Hardwood floors in the living area and tile in the bathroom). The living room measures (taking measurements) with a through the wall A/C. The kitchen measures 6' x 6' comes with a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom measures 13' x 12' that will fit a king size bedroom set, and it has a 3' x 7' closet with sliding glass mirror doors. There is also a recently renovated full bathroom (a tub with a shower) with a fairly large linen closet right outside of the door. The building itself has security locks on the doors, an intercom system, Laundromat Quality SpeedQueen coin operated washers and dryers downstairs and a parking lot offering off street parking. We do not allow dogs but some other pets (specifically, cats) are acceptable.
