Floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are brand new. The building is equipped with an updated gym on the bottom level, in addition to bicycle storage. There is a laundry room on the second floor; unfortunately, no in-unit washer/dryer. The neighborhood has a lot of options for bars and restaurants. Additionally, it is a 3-5 minute walk away from South Broadway. It's about a 15-20 minute walk away from Washington Park. This unit comes with a large parking spot behind the building, although street parking is always very easy to find. The water bill is included with the rent, as is the heat. Electricity and internet are utilities that the renter would need to arrange. I purchased this unit back in 2020 and lived in it for a few years. While it is quaint, I absolutely adored the neighborhood, my neighbors, and the access to the balcony, which my cat loved being on.
