There is a fenced-in yard and off-street parking. Pets must me approved by the owner and allowed by our insurance company. This property is available for 10 to 12 months only, until July or August 2025. You must have excellent credit, proof of sufficient income to pay the rent and all utilities and proof of prior on-time housing payments. We welcome people new to the area who want to enjoy this great town and great schools. This is a great opportunity to get to know Marlton and find the house you want to settle in next year. The house and neighboring property will likely be listed for sale next year or re-occupied by the owners. If you need to settle in for a long time, please do not apply. Interior has been renovated; we are now set to work on the exterior. We are looking to paint the exterior and do landscaping/picket fence soon. We welcome you to drive by and then call. Tenant pays utilities. House is not available until the first of September. If the current tenant is able to move out earlier, it might be available earlier, in which case I will update the listing.
