We are not doing this conversion because the bathroom would still only be accessible through the master bedroom, so while it would work for a small family, it is not suitable for roommates, and we are therefore not converting it nor listing it as a two bedroom. Both rooms of the kitchen are large enough for a table. The living room is particularly large, with natural light on two sides (three when the bedroom door is open). The bedroom is on the side away from Oak St and is blissfully quiet, with the full and newly renovated bathroom en suite. There is full access to a large outdoor space around the property, shared with the upstairs neighbors. You will note that a train track runs next to this house.
