You will have access to a full bathroom that is shared with one person; a male. The monthly rent is $1,100 for the one bedroom which shares a full bathroom with one other person, a male. The rent includes utilities: water, gas, electric, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Must be able to show proof of income and have references ready. No pets, thank you. We already have 2 charming cats. Security Deposit $1,100. There is one designated parking space for you that is located at the top of the driveway on a private street.
