Peaceful place to call home. Has a "country" feel. Very close to all highways - I240, I40, and I26 (13 minutes to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 10 min to W. Asheville, 15 min to Blue Ridge Parkway.) Across the street from Buncombe County Sports Park. No public transportation in the area. This is a small house. Most appropriate for a single or a couple. No more than two adults accepted. Bigger families or three housemates just won't fit in this tiny space. Also, there is no classic yard although wild bamboo and woods all around the house. LGBTQIA friendly. Super energy efficient and state of the art. Electric bill ranges from $30 to $110 at the highest. Gas bill minimal. Water and trash are $50 per month to the owner. Pet/s must be well behaved, on voice command or leashed, potty-trained, nondestructive in ALL contexts. Owners must provide references for pets as well as a pet deposit of $300 ($100 of that is nonrefundable). One pet or MAYBE two depending on the situation. No more than that. Owner lives in another house at the other end of the 1/2 acre property. This house is completely stand alone. Property taxes, on the other hand, increased 65% in one year. Tenant pays all utilities directly to utility company (power, gas, cable/wifi). Tenant pays $70 per month to owner for water and trash.
