Owner provides mowing/yard maintenance in summer and snow removal for 2" of snowfall events in winter. Tenant pays ONLY electric and gas for this unit only (there are separate meters). The AC is central, not window units, so the cost of running the system is significantly lower than window units and there's not any maintenance!
