I'm renting my condo in Little Egg Harbor. I just replaced the furnace, hot water heater, almost all the carpets and flooring. The A/C unit is only a couple years old. I repleaced everything to make sure there wasn't any major issues with the place during a rental. The Tall Timbers area is very nice with great amentities. The condo is a great layout and has the only enclosed patio in the row. Lots of storage including a craw space accessed through the second floor bedroom, a large pantry in the kitchen and walk in closets in both bedrooms. The loft is a really nice space that could be used a an office, a play area or a second living space in the case of roommates. Contact me with any questions or to take a look.
