The roof was just replaced(8/29/2020). There will also be a new garage door. We've added a shower in the bathroom on the main level. The layout of the home has not changed from the derecho, so you still get a large updated kitchen to cook in. There is still a great family room addition off the kitchen and accessible to the back yard and huge 2 stall garage. There is a bonus room between the family room and living room that could be closed off for a 3rd bedroom or used as an office as the current owner did. There are two other nice size bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level, a bedroom, bathroom and rec room in the lower level. The laundry room has a shower stall, so one of the family would have their own living quarters. Add to all this a private backyard on this quiet cul-de-sac. This is a great house, come take a look.
