We are also located about 2 blocks from the H street "Atlas District" corridor where there are many great restaurants and bars, along with a nearby Whole Foods and Giant grocery store. Union Market is nearby as well. The TH apt has many amenities, including; * Stainless refrigerator, d/w and stove * Central Air Conditioning/Heat * Wood burning fireplace * Hardwood floors in living room, kitchen and bedrooms * Full-size washer and dryer * Security/alarm system * Outdoor fenced-in patio - perfect for BBQ's * Close walking distance to Union Station Red-line metro (3 blocks) * Walk score = 87! * Plenty of street parking available (optional off-street parking may be available) The lower level bedroom is very large (approx. 14 x 20 ft - great work-from-home space), and has a good sized closet with French double-doors.
