Your private entrance offers an electronic lock with your own private code. The main doors to the building also have pass code entry for all guests. This unit is newly renovated down to the block wall; to include new electricity, plumbing, laminate flooring, new bathrooms & kitchen w new appliance & much much more. The space offers a lot of natural light and windows especially in the bedrooms and living space. The bed rooms and living room have wall unit A/C & heater mini splits and functioning windows for some fresh Florida air! Each bedroom has a closet for hanging clothes, bins for storage & the kitchen offers a tall pantry. We also have outdoor storage space for bikes/chairs etc. Discover the convenience of spacious closets in each bedroom, providing ample storage for your belongings. The full kitchen is equipped with modern amenities stove/oven, Kurig, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, allowing you to indulge your culinary desires with ease. For added convenience, a washer-dryer combo unit is available, making your stay both comfortable and practical. The shared back yard space has a fence offering privacy / outdoor dining and seating w string lights for those enjoyable evenings / BBQ Grill / foot wash area / clothes lines / small doggie area / yard game for all to share. Rental Terms: 1. **Utilities and WiFi Inclusions - Utilities and WiFi are included in the rental up to predefined minimum amounts. Any usage beyond these limits may incur additional charges. 2. **Parking Space - The rental includes one designated parking space, providing convenient and secure parking for residents. 3. **Cleaning Service - A cleaning service is available to tenants at a discounted rate, ensuring the maintenance of a pristine living environment. May be required for guests with pets. 4.**Pets (dogs only) - We love our furry friends and do allow approved pets under the following circumstances.
