Large closet in bedroom and another one by the front door with shelving in the laundry as well. All new appliances in the kitchen. Even kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. Bring your groceries, clothes and some toiletries and you're all set. We have a small dog that you may see from time to time if we're out walking her. Deer, foxes, turkey and all other manner of wildlife on the property. First, last and security deposit due at lease signing. We use a national credit agency for the application process, it costs $40 and is paid by applicant. Evictions, bankruptcies and criminal convictions are disqualifying. 12 month lease preferred but negotiable.
