A 10-month lease is required: July 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027. A 6-month minimum lease is required per 650 North Main Association (HOA). An optional lease extension can be discussed beginning May 1, 2027. You will be required to read, understand and follow the Rules and Regulations for our Community.
